1. Do you accept custom crochet orders?
Absolutely! I love bringing your ideas to life. Just contact me directly with your vision, and I’ll let you know what's possible.
2. How long does a custom order take?
Turnaround time varies based on the size and complexity of your request. Most small to medium items are completed within 2–3 weeks if not already made. I’ll provide an estimate on the product page itself based on stock or need to order status, and even more of an accurate ETA once we finalize your order.
3. Can I request specific colors or yarn types?
Honestly, I have a preferred aesthetic and style. You can make a yarn request but I do not make any promises it is something I am able to do.
Colors are much more flexible / requests are always welcome.
4. What kinds of things do you crochet?
Everything from plush animals and baby items to seasonal decorations and farm-inspired accessories. If you have a farm animal in mind, chances are I can hook it!
5. Do you ship orders?
Yes! I currently ship within the U.S. (and select international locations—just ask!). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or discussed during your custom order request. Sometimes it is already added into the price (it should be indicated either way).
6. Can I order something I saw on your social media?
Of course! If it’s not already listed in the shop, just message me with a screenshot or description, and I’ll let you know if it’s available or can be recreated.
7. Are your items safe for babies and toddlers?
I always assume my items could be in the hands of our youngest animal advocates so yes. Machine washable, no small parts (unless otherwise explicitly stated on the individual product).
8. Do you offer crochet kits or patterns?
Yes I am slowly adding more and more patterns. Kits are not likely to happen any time soon.
9. Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?
I can sometimes take on larger orders depending on the timing. Contact me directly to chat about what you're looking for and your timeline.
10. What’s your return or refund policy?
Due to the handmade and custom nature of each piece, I don’t accept returns. However, if there’s a problem with your order, please reach out within 7-10 days of receipt so we can make it right.
